the game drives with Louis were both informative and exciting, with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife up close. the hot water bottles provided a cozy touch during the chilly morning outings, ensuring our comfort as we explored the beautiful surroundings. the staff's passion for conservation and their knowledge of the area truly enhanced the experience. the lodge itself was a peaceful retreat, nestled in the African bush with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. the meals included were delicious and catered to all dietary needs, making dining a delightful experience. the bar area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, offering a variety of drinks at reasonable prices. the pool area was a serene spot to unwind, surrounded by nature's beauty. the attention to detail, from the fleece blankets on the game drives to the surprise birthday celebration, made me feel like a valued guest. the personalized touches and warm hospitality truly set Mongena Private Game Lodge apart. I highly recommend this eco-friendly lodge for an authentic safari experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and connected to nature.
